Pounded Paddy Fast Meal

Pounded Paddy (known as "Poha" in Hindi and "Aval" in Tamil and Malayalam) is a nutritious and energizing ingredient perfect for quick meals.

Ingredients:

  • Pounded Paddy (soaked)
  • Shredded coconut
  • Jaggery or honey
  • Cardamom
  • Water

Procedure:

  1. Soak the pounded paddy in water for 3-5 minutes.
  2. Mix it with powdered jaggery or honey and shredded coconut.
  3. For added aroma, include 2 broken cardamom pods.
  4. The meal is now ready to eat.
