Energy is essential for all our activities—from waking up to walking and working. When we feel drained, our natural response is to rest and sleep. While we often think of energy as a finite resource to be spent wisely, there’s a more profound way to manage it: by understanding our energy chakras and body clock.
My Guru, Maniyettan, taught us at Satguru Yogasramam about the seven energy points (chakras) in the human body and how our consciousness moves through these chakras throughout the day. The accompanying image illustrates the chakras and the corresponding times when energy flows through them.
